Main goal is to implement a banking chatbot that answers general questions for banks like services, addresses of branches, and general information about services. At the same time in the scope of the project, our specialists designed an integration solution to support online banking, card operations like balance and card blocking, etc. Also in the scope of the task we implemented bank scoring system integration and utility bills payment integration
